I don’t think experience striker is all going to solve a problem of a team rather than having a good striker that can blend with the team instantly and can deliver you goals/assists. Haaland is a good example, he is not all that experienced when he came to limelight but he will definitely get you goals and his numbers speak for volume.

I would rather say, a fast blended players is what a team needs rather than experience players. Experience matters but not always.
