The managers job is to select a good squad and to change things around in game. The managers job is not to play football, press and tackle, it is the work of the players to put in a fine performance and deliver results. If the manager trust you as a player to go out and put in a fine performance for the team then you should go out and do it. The players and the manager have their own impact in game but not all fault goes to the manager.
